Track Alpha series is the surface mount machine light built of robust aluminum housing with high heating dissipation, is vibration resistant, and can be installed and safely used in the most demanding machine environments. Track Alpha luminaires are even the optimum flexible solution for retrofitting old machines thanks to the combination of 2 3/4″ in diameter housing, M12 connector, and universal mounting brackets. Track Alpha luminaires are certified with the IP67 protection rating and are appropriate for wet environments with oil, coolants, lubricants, and dust. The Hardened front safety glass 3/16″ thick is Debris resistant to impact IK07 and cool to the touch on the light surface to avoid coolant baking onto the glass, turning it brown. This machine light produces an intense light output of up to 6500 lumens thanks to the highly efficient new LED PCBs engineered with the most advanced electronic technology. The re-designed reflectors combined with the anti-glare diffuser provide uniform illumination and diffuse light distribution for broad areas inside giant machines. The Track Alpha surface mount series offers five standard lengths and multiple customized size preferences thanks to the engineered modular aluminum housing and optimized PCBs. The traditional 10-foot cord or M12 connector provides a secure, fast, and easy electrical junction to 24 Vdc or 110 Vac with no additional Supply Unit. Track Alpha luminaires are the surface mount lights, and they are the answer as machine light for comprehensive CNC machines, manufacturing, and automation applications. Two standard mounting options are available: rear clips or side mounting brackets, which provide secure clamping and flexible installation of the luminaires on redeveloping old machines. Accordingly, they allow precise adjustment of the light direction up to 95° towards the work area.
